     Trunks Landing on DSS + TLG extensions (New feature):

  • You can route incoming trunks to ring on extensions as well as DSS OPCON.
  • This is applicable to 8320 V3 and 9600 models only (Version 4.5U and later)
  • This feature is disabled by default.
  • This gives the flexibility to share incoming calls traffic between TLG extensions as well as DSS OPCON
  • This feature will not be applicable if:
    • The trunk routing is set to route to DSS  OPCON using 210 + trk + 11;
    • The trunk is  DISA-enabled.

Programming:

Suppose that operator is 203 and you want trunk 02 to land on 201 - 203 - 205 - 201 - 203 - 205... in day as well as night in Round Robin mode with hunt timer 4:

Route trunk 02 to TLG extensions
210 + 02 + 0 + 0

Create a TLG(say 05)
202 + 05 + 201+ 203 + 205 + 201 + 203 + 205 + 4

Assign Trunk destination for trunk 02 in day as TLG 05
203 + 02 + 05

Assign Trunk destination for trunk 02 in night as TLG 05
204 + 02 + 05

Program Trunk hunting scheme for trunk 02 as Round Robin
205 + 02 + 1 + 1
