TLG

Feature Name : Trunk Landing Group - TLG

User Code : Direct application for incoming trunks

Programming Code : 202 + TLG(01~20) + ext1 + ext2 + . + ext6 + Hunt Timer(1~9)

Default Value : All trunks are assigned Group 0(201~206 or 21~26) with hunt timer 4.

Feature Type - Programming

Description of the Feature : You can create 20 different Trunk Landing Groups with the available extensions. The respective incoming trunk lands on the assigned group extensions. This facility will be greatly utilized when there is a heavy incoming traffic, so that each incoming trunk can be routed perfectly to each dedicated set of extensions.

How to Use : Just program the extensions into different TLG's using 202 and assign the groups to trunks using 203/204. Fix the hunting scheme using 205. The programmed trunk incoming calls will be routed to the respective TLG extensions.

Restrictions :
This feature is related with the following commands:
                   203 - Trunk Destination(Day)
                   204 - Trunk Destination(Night)
                   205 - Trunk Hunting Scheme

If a trunk is routed on OPCON, all the related schemes and TLG on that trunk will become inactive.

Modifications / Suggestions :

If you don't want to sense any incoming trunk on EPABX, just create a Trunk Landing group with dummy extension(s) and assign that group to that trunk. All incoming calls from that trunk will become unanswered forever. This method can be used in Missed Call Back applications.
