Modifications / Suggestions :
If a trunk is prefix-programmed, you will get LCR/Prefix dial tone instead of trunk dial tone when that particular trunk is selected by 0/5 dialing.
Prefix dialing also can be routed thro LCR, but the number being dialed after prefix digits should be taken into consideration for LCR programming. For example...
              271 + 02 + 1 - trunk 2 prefix on
              272 + 02 + 0 # - Prefix '0'

LCR enabled and '93' is programmed thro trunk 2:

              512 + 02 + 2
              513 + 02 + 93#
              514 + 02 + 22222

You dial 9392471266 after dialing 0/5. Then, as it matches with '93', it routes thro Trunk 2. But, as trunk 2 has a prefix string '0', it dials out 0+9392471266.
So, LCR and Prefix both comes into picture.
